Thomas Nash is the co founder of Nash Covenant Capital Group and leads the company’s real estate investment efforts. With a heart for helping people and a strong commitment to integrity, Tommy approaches real estate with the belief that every situation deserves honesty, creativity, and respect.
Tommy has been in long term recovery since 2013, a journey that shaped his character and deepened his passion for helping others find hope and new beginnings. His life experiences have given him a unique ability to listen, understand difficult situations, and work toward solutions that truly help people move forward.
Through Nash Covenant Capital Group, Tommy focuses on working with homeowners who need flexible options when selling their property. His goal is to create win win solutions that relieve stress and bring clarity during what can often be a difficult season.
Tommy lives in Central Florida with his wife Annie and their family. Together they are building a business rooted in faith, integrity, and service to their community.
Annie Nash
Co-Founder
Annie Nash is the co founder of Nash Covenant Capital Group and brings a strong background in leadership, community service, and business development. Annie currently serves as the director of a year long faith based recovery program for women, where she works closely with individuals and families navigating life change and restoration.
With more than a decade in recovery herself, Annie is deeply passionate about helping people rebuild their lives and move forward with hope. Her work has given her a deep understanding of the challenges people face during difficult seasons, which shapes the compassion and integrity she brings to the business.
In addition to her work in recovery ministry, Annie is also the founder of Beloved and Free Co., a handmade jewelry business centered on creativity and encouragement.
Annie believes business should be built on faith, transparency, and genuine care for people. At Nash Covenant Capital Group, she focuses on relationships, communication, and making sure every person who reaches out feels heard and respected.
Annie lives in Central Florida with her husband Tommy and their children.
